At Olds Moving Ltd., we understand that moving plans can change unexpectedly. We aim to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring that our team and resources are efficiently managed. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is outlined below:

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 3 Days (72 hours) Before Your Scheduled Move: Any deposits will be fully refunded.
• Less than 3 Days (72 hours) Before Your Scheduled Move: The deposit will be forfeited due to the difficulty in rescheduling resources on short notice.

Rescheduling Policy:

• More than 3 Days (72 hours) Before Your Scheduled Move: You may reschedule your move without any additional deposit.
• Less than 3 Days (72 hours) Before Your Scheduled Move: Rescheduling within this timeframe may require an additional deposit.

Force Majeure:

• In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events beyond your control, we will work with you to reschedule your move with only a deposit adjustment, depending on the new schedule.
